On Thursday, March 18, 6 p.m., St. Nicholas Orthodox Church and the Virginia Festival of the Book welcome David Bentley Hart, whose book Atheist Delusions: The Christian Revolution and Its Fashionable Enemies, offers a critique of the “New Atheist” movement and its philosophical ancestry.

The talk will be held at the Holiday Inn University Area in Charlottesville, which is at 1901 Emmet Street (Rt. 29N). (Google map )

Dr. Hart is the author of five books, including The Beauty of the Infinite: The Aesthetics of Christian Truth, as well as dozens of articles on religion, philosophy, and culture. He has taught at the University of Virginia, Duke University, Providence College, and elsewhere.
